Freakout Enterprise: Immersive Commerce With Enterprise-Grade Security and Control

Immersive Commerce Is Becoming Infrastructure
Introducing Freakout Enterprise: https://freakout.ai/enterprise
For brands, 3D storefronts are becoming part of the customer journey: places where shoppers explore products, interact with spaces, compare options, and move toward purchase.
But when immersive storefronts become part of real enterprise workflows, visuals are not enough. Teams also need security, data control, auditability, deployment flexibility, and a clear path through procurement.
That is what Freakout Enterprise is designed to deliver.
Built for Brands That Need Control
Freakout Enterprise is designed for brands and retailers that want immersive storefronts, 3D product experiences, and AI-assisted commerce workflows without giving up control over assets, customer data, or compliance review.
It supports Freakout-hosted, customer-hosted, and local in-store deployment models. Catalogs can be managed directly in Freakout or connected to existing systems.
Enterprise Capabilities
The enterprise layer focuses on:
- Private asset storage
- Short-lived signed asset delivery
- Visitor data minimization
- Audit logging
- Data retention and deletion controls
- DPA and security review workflows
- Regional deployment planning
- AI feature review
These controls are especially useful for teams launching confidential product collections, building immersive retail experiences for physical stores, or preparing 3D commerce workflows for regulated procurement environments.
For example, a retailer can prepare an unreleased product collection in a private 3D environment, restrict asset access during campaign development, and deploy the final experience online or inside a physical store.
Private Assets by Default
Enterprise product media often includes unreleased products, campaign assets, generated 3D models, textures, and room designs.
In Freakout Enterprise, these assets are stored privately and delivered through signed links. Access checks happen before links are issued, and storage paths are generated server-side.
This allows teams to control who can access product assets, how long access remains valid, and which authorization path is used.
Deleted assets are first removed from storefronts, rooms, and catalogs, and are then permanently purged after the applicable retention period. Expedited deletion can be supported for contractual or data subject requests.
Less Visitor Tracking
Visitor tracking is kept narrow by default.
Enterprise storefront pages suppress third-party marketing and analytics scripts. Camera-based interactions, such as hand or pose features, run in the visitor’s browser using on-device processing. Camera frames are processed on-device and are not uploaded for these interactions.
Optional AI features only send the data required for that feature to the configured provider. If a feature is not enabled or used, no provider request is made.
Audit Trails and Data Governance
Freakout Enterprise records security-relevant activity in structured audit trails, including authentication events, administrative actions, access changes, billing events, data governance requests, and privileged background jobs.
Audit events reference object and user IDs rather than storing request bodies, prompts, uploaded files, passwords, tokens, session cookies, or payment card data.
Where IP information is required for security purposes, it is stored only as a one-way hash.
Compliance Alignment
Our enterprise controls are designed to support customer reviews informed by ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR requirements, including access control, logging, monitoring, incident response, evidence collection, retention, EU data residency planning, and data subject rights handling.
That is framework alignment, not a certification claim. Freakout is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. Specific commitments depend on the deployment model, region, contract, and enterprise plan.
Business Value
The business goal is straightforward: help teams launch immersive commerce experiences faster, protect product assets before public release, reduce custom integration burden, and give security and procurement teams the information they need to move forward.
