We should probably have a thoughtful story about why we chose our mascot. The truth is, we saw a purple cat, thought it looked great, and called it Yoghurt.

Look at those cream paws. That curly tail. That face. It was an easy decision.

Once we had Yoghurt, we started imagining what life with this cat would look like in the FreakoutAI studio. We work on turning products into 3D, which means a studio full of things a cat would absolutely interfere with.

A shoe waiting to be photographed? Yoghurt’s sitting in it. A chair lined up for a shot? Already asleep on it. Someone has finally arranged the lighting? Here comes a tail across the lens.

Yoghurt considers all of this helping.

Yoghurt has a studio companion — FR34K0UT, our resident robot. We haven't quite figured out who's in charge around here. FR34K0UT seems convinced he's responsible for the technology and keeping things running smoothly. Yoghurt, on the other hand, appears to believe the entire studio belongs to him. Still, they get along surprisingly well. At least, Yoghurt hasn't complained.

We don't know what adventures await these two just yet, but we're already enjoying watching their little world take on a personality of its own.

That’s the character we’ve come to love: curious, a bit mischievous, and delighted to be involved. The sort of cat you can’t stay annoyed with, even when you have to set everything up again.

Mostly, Yoghurt is here because this little purple cat makes us smile. We hope the same happens when you spot those paws peeking over the edge of a page.
